Refund & Return Policy

If your order has beenĀ deliveredĀ and you want to return it, please reach out to support@lucimora.comĀ 

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund. Customers are required to use a trackable shipping method and provide the tracking number.

Please note that refunds are processed after your return has been received. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment. The returned items must be in working condition with no wear and tear.Ā Youā€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For international orders: Orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lucimora.com.Ā If your return is accepted, weā€™ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Ā Additionally, we cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are NOT covered by us.

Damages and Issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way,Ā please email us within 5 days at support@lucimora.com with your order number and a photo of the itemā€™s condition.Ā We will replace the damaged items or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once weā€™ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youā€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havenā€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
