What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.

How can I see where my order is at the moment?

We provide you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on our "Track Your Order" page and click on Track button. As simple as ABC: you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted within 20 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@lucimora.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

How long is the delivery time?

Our shipping typically takes between 7-15 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely! We offer free 30-Day Returns for all our products, so you can easily return your order for a full refund for any reason within the specified days of delivery.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund. 

Please note that refunds are processed after your return has been received. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment. The returned items must be in perfect condition with no wear and tear. 

For international orders: Orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return.

Additionally, we cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are not covered by us.
